Cookie Policy
Information on cookies and storage tools. Last updated: 6 August 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the visitor's device. They are divided into technical cookies, necessary for the website to work and requiring no consent, and non-technical cookies (non-anonymised analytics, profiling or marketing), which require the user's consent.
This website uses no profiling, marketing or statistical analytics cookies, and installs no third-party cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded maps or videos from external platforms. The typefaces are also hosted directly on the website's own server, so browsing generates no connections to external providers.
Tools used
The website only uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember two user preferences. These are not cookies in the strict sense and the data stays on the device, without being transmitted to any server.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
standard_cookie_consent_v1 | Technical | Stores the choice made on the cookie banner | Persistent, until deleted | Not required |
db-accessibility-settings | Technical | Stores accessibility preferences (text size, contrast and similar) | Persistent, until deleted | Not required |
Managing consent
On your first visit a banner is shown allowing you to express your preferences. Since the website currently uses no tools that require consent, your choice is recorded and will be respected should analytics or marketing tools be introduced in future: in that case they would be activated only after explicit consent.
You can change your preferences at any time through the "Manage cookies" link in the footer of every page, or by clearing the site data from your browser settings. Refusing does not affect browsing in any way.
Server logs
Like any website, the server automatically records some technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for operational and security purposes. Details are described in the Privacy Notice.

The Data Controller is Dario Bontempi — DB Visual & Digital Communication, Via Gian Battista Vico 2, 23900 Lecco (LC), Italy, VAT no. IT02942140134, info@dariobontempi.it. For the rights granted by the GDPR see the Privacy Notice.
